Update to those coming that weekend from Dayne Haight:

We've got a plan now and things have come together nicely. With the support of Gamma Phi, this will be our first Alumni Coordinated Event in quite some time with our little sisters! I've had people calling in asking where people are staying for that weekend and how we get in touch with everyone. The only advice I can give you is reserve those rooms now at our local hotels or otherwise SigEp floor space maybe all you'll get for crashing! The list of events I sent out prior is the best way to get in tune with what's happening. Best place to start is the House and don't forget about the 10:00 Eboard meeting. Big news!!!!

We'll have a nice buffet set up that afternoon for those that are staying after the game and entertainment has been reserved for the evening. Saturday night will be an outside party with an enclosed tent and bar so dress appropriately in case the weather turns a little colder. Of course the House will be open as well.

Those interested to golf that early morning are welcome to contact me. Tee times have been reserved and are filling up. It's best to get on the list now just in case.
