The official ground breaking ceremony happened today, June 12, 2008, at 11:00am at the House with a Red Door. Those attending the ceremony included Lambda House board members, John Milliken (chapter advisor), TSU faculty, the Mayor of Angola and several actives, alumni and friends of the fraternity. The weather was perfect (a little bit on the warm side though) and the shovels actually worked! Demolition is still scheduled to begin next Monday, June 16, 2008.
